Customers are encouraged to inspect any work and take the opportunity to discuss any concerns or note their comments on the report which will then be passed to management for monitoring purposes.
A key aspect of our service policy is that we carry out random quality control checks on all staff and sites to ensure all our customer requirements are being met.
All Pacific Support Services staff are well trained and highly skilled; always professional they are smartly dressed and wear a company uniform displaying our logo and contact details. Our staff will also carry ID badges on lanyards, which bear the Pacific Support Services name and logo, and should also include an up-to-date photo, the employee’s name and the site name.
