We continually monitor our company’s activities to ensure we remain effectively and appropriately insured. We ensure all staff, equipment and vehicles are covered and assess our insurance requirements annually.
A copy of our insurance certificate will be provided with every free no obligation quotation.
We help our cleaners to obtain CSCS certification (Industrial Cleaning) and have IPAF qualified operatives. The Cleaning Services Group has Public Liability Insurance to the sum of £5m and Employee Liability Insurance to £10m.
Pacific Support Services have an ‘in-house’ Health and Safety Team and will provide our clients with all the required Health and Safety documentation. All Risk Assessments and Method Statements are site specific and provided alongside all relevant COSHH Assessments and our Company’s Health and Safety Policy. If a client requires, additional policies are also available Environmental, Equal Opportunities and Lone Workers Policies.
